I was welcomed and well looked after by Darryl Lee both over the phone, in person and via email.

I purchased Audi A1 RE69CYC on 21st October 2019, from Audi approved dealership, Lookers Farnborough.I am currently trying to sell the vehicle and have an independent Report that the Odometer was rolled-back at Lookers Farnborough dealership (report states it was rolled back from 119,681 to 74,488.This is illegal and I was sold the vehicle under false pretenses. I want some re-dress of this purchase.Please advise, within 48 hours, of what you are willing to offer to redress this situation.

I made an online enquiry and spoke with Nick and then Darryl about an enquiry for a vehicle. Spoke with Darryl on the 23rd March I believe in which she was meant to email with some different vehicles and finance options. I never heard from her, followed up with an email that Friday and never heard back. The following week I emailed Nick with again no response. And I then put a further online enquiry on with no response and I’m really not happy that I’ve been left with no contact for a month.

I did not make an inquiry. I used your online tool to see what I would get i’m part of exchange for my current car. You keep ringing me emailing me and sending me surveys about an enquiry I did not make on a Q3. I rang the store and asked to be removed from all contact and yet I’m still receiving this. That was almost a month ago.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with my Audi service booking, and the unacceptable level of misinformation and inconvenience I have experienced.My service plan was agreed as a 24-month plan starting in February 2025. When I booked my service in February 2026, I was not informed at any stage that the plan would expire at that time. Had I been made aware, I would have arranged the service earlier or considered alternative options.However, I have now been informed that Audi initially provided me with incorrect information. I was told that I had only used one out of the two services included in my plan, when in fact this was not accurate. It is clear that this was not properly checked by your team. As a result, I have been misled, my time has been wasted, and I have been placed in an entirely avoidable situation.Furthermore, it was only today that I was told the service plan has expired and that I am now expected to pay the full price. This last-minute change is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I have also taken time off work in preparation for what I believed to be a valid service appointment scheduled for tomorrow. This has caused unnecessary disruption, inconvenience, and financial impact, all due to your team providing incorrect and incomplete information.This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and due diligence. I would like a clear explanation as to:• Why I was not informed of the service plan expiry at the time of booking• Why incorrect information was provided regarding my service usage• Why proper checks were not carried out before advising meGiven the circumstances, I expect an appropriate resolution. Visited today with my partner to look at various models we were interested in. Miles was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole range, despite saying he was relatively new to the role. He answered all of our questions in detail and made excellent recommendations for us.
