The online booking/checkin was straightforward to use. At point of booking I queried what service was due and I received a call back quickly. The fact that the advice then given was wrong and no one thought to check any specifics to verify that a service was necessary needs to be addressed. Mileage and age of car were both provided (in addition to already being in your system) and it said a service was needed when it wasn’t. Can’t fault the service I received when I arrived, but doesn’t really mitigate a completely unnecessary trip.I can’t fault the service I received on the day, however the fact that the whole trip was unnecessary is slightly exasperating.
