It was my first service experience with Audi and it was good to be able to access my vehicle details at any time.I received good customer service from both the receptionist and Dave the service advisor. I also received a technicians video showing me what had been checked which I found helpful. The vehicle was washed and cleaned both inside and out.Many thanks to a very busy team.
