Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my vehicle repair by Farnborough Audi.My Audi A5 has been off the road since 11 February 2026 due to a water ingress issue. Since then, the handling of this matter has been extremely poor and has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and financial impact.Despite being informed that the vehicle would be ready, I was later told that further work was required due to alignment issues following the repair. Since that point, I have received no further updates and my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored.I am particularly concerned about:• the excessive delay in completing the repair,• the lack of any confirmed completion date,• the repeated changes in information provided,• and the complete lack of communication despite multiple contact attempts.This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that I have been without my vehicle since 11 February and continue to make monthly finance payments.I require the following as a matter of urgency:• a clear and confirmed update on the status of my vehicle,• a confirmed completion date,• an explanation for the lack of communication,• and details of how Lookers intends to resolve the inconvenience and financial impact caused.Please note that this matter has already been escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service.If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, I will continue to escalate this matter further.

Salesman didn’t call on the day we had agreed. Made the call the next day and was unprepared. All the information that was to be sourced was not so 3 days wasted time. Felt salesman winged it and assumed I knew nothing about Audi. As a family we’ve had 8 Audis. A8,A7,Q7,Q5 twice, A3 and A1 twice .

Customer support and service when purchasing a new vehicle

I've had dealings with Rachel over many years at Guildford and now at Farnborough. She has always provided first class customer service and I have always been impressed. Yesterday however she went way above and beyond even what I've come to expect and I wish to express my gratitude at truly first class service.

Excellent service and engagement

Recently, I contacted you to book my car in for an MOT and service. I was advised that the service would be included within the package although the last one. I enquired regarding a loan car but was advised that nothing available in time for the MOT expiry. I enquired whether the service pack could be used at another Audi dealer and it was confirmed, by I believe Ben that it could be. However, he did confirm that I could wait for the car with a 2 hour slot which I decided to accept.However, called last Monday to cancel the MOT since last year, I experienced problems with the time taken.I confirmed the service.I received an e-mail suggesting I check the car in online which I did confirming the MOT not required.I however noticed that the time slot was 12.00-16.00. I called and spoke to a young lady who confirmed it would be a 4 hour wait, not 2. She apologised if I had been misinformed.I am not impressed by the overall advice and service provided.Richard Lear
