my only problem was that I booked my car in for 9 to 9.30am so that I could pick it up by mid afternoon at the latest. After a phone call at 4pm I was told the card was not quite ready. I then received a phone call at 4.30 pm to say I could pick it up. I feel this is not satisfactory.Hannah was very efficient and helpful.

From our initial enquiry, to test drive and then settling on and buying a completely different model, the salesman wasn't pushy and offered great guidance, patience and support.This support didn't stop once we'd picked up the car and drove away, he's dealt with a couple of minor queries we've had since and has always been happy to help.A great customer experience.
