A little disappointed that after only driving it 200 odd miles from the dealer that i had to call Audi roadside assistance out to this car to put 1 litre of engine oil in it. I only found that the oil level was below minimum by being warned by the app on my phone. Was offered repayment for the oil that i had to purchase from Audi assistance by the salesman but i have to question were the pre sale checks carried out?

The service I received from the dealership was excellent, however the car sourced was not in the UK (Scotland), a price for the vehicle was not confirmed and although I test drove a vehicle it was not the same model as the one I was interested in so difficult to compare against other vendors.When I asked if there was flexibility on any finance and movement on price there was nothing offered.

I was not happy at the end as the person looking after my car had gone home and no one else was there for a handover. The person was only there to collect the payment.Everything else was fine.

I use Farnborough rather than Guildford (Slyfield) as they have been more flexible with bookings and servicing "while you wait". The garage was busy and less flexible last visit, which would make using Farnborough less attractive in future.

Service was superb - but I have one recommendation - I purchased a second hand car - it was superbly cleaned - but when I started the mmi - I had to delete the previous owner’s phone/sat nav data etc - it would have been nice if that had been done by the dealership - as apart from that it feels like a new car to me.
