I went in for a test drive after being told I could afford the car to the. Be told the gentleman that I had my appointment wasn’t there to then be told I could not afford the car I was there to test drive. Without even having an opportunity to look at figures or be considered to review monthly figures

FAO Servicing DepartmentCan you please liaise with the customer resolution team to resolve this as following an error on your end which they believe happened after my service in December. They have incorrect records for me and said they are not getting any response from you. I would like this resolved as this has been ongoing for 2 months.Mileage attached as of today.I would appreciate your assistance.Kind regardsDawn Rudman

Good customer service is easy when everything goes to plan. The real test is when things go wrong, and Lookers Farnborough responded courteously and with impeccable professionalism. Very impressed.

Happy with the service and Audi custom but deals were not very good.

I was not satisfied with how my car was returned to me after the tyre change. The tyres were very dirty and covered with blue fitting material or something similar.Also, my car displayed a “low battery” warning. I had already replaced the battery, yet the issue persisted. Audi then replaced it again, saying I had not chosen the correct battery, which I know is incorrect, as I checked the previous reference number before purchasing it online. Despite this, the warning still appears. I will ask for a refund of that part of the service

Dear Complaints Team,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an issue connected to the purchase of my Audi Q3 on 19 March 2025 at Audi Farnborough (GU14 6FE).On that day, my wife and I visited the branch to purchase our new vehicle and were attended by your sales representative, Charlie Cole. He showed us the vehicle of interest and allowed us sufficient time to carry out a thorough test drive. After we were satisfied with the vehicle’s performance, we proceeded to his office to complete the necessary documentation and invoice processing.During the sales process, Mr. Cole carefully explained the available purchase options, including PCP and HP finance agreements. However, we chose to purchase the Audi Q3 outright in cash, using funds obtained through a bank loan.Mr. Cole clearly stated that the vehicle came with two years of free servicing. We specifically asked when the car should be brought in for the complimentary service, and he advised that it should be returned either after two years or once it had reached approximately 18,000 miles, whichever occurred first. He further explained that the service book would be issued at the time the vehicle was brought in for its first service. This information was also confirmed by his manager, Nick Rees, who addressed our queries and reaffirmed the same service arrangement.However, on 16 February 2026, I contacted the Farnborough branch to arrange a service appointment. To my great surprise, I was informed by a customer service representative that there was nothing on the system indicating that our vehicle was entitled to any free service plan.This directly contradicts the representations made to us at the point of sale, upon which we relied when making our purchasing decision. It is deeply concerning that no record of this commitment appears on your system.I respectfully request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the two-year free service agreement, as clearly communicated and confirmed at the time of purchase, be honoured. The sales person was helpful in areas but spoke over me a lot during my interactions, told me about his personal car and bike collection. I mentioned I once owned a JCW from Park Lane, and I couldn't say another word until he said he had built his own MINI, the speeds he was doing on public roads and someone on his team who is also building an RS3. It was a shame that I wasn't listened to and this made me feel that any requests I had would be ignored. It didn't give me confidence that if I bought a car, that my requests would be taken seriously.

Generally OK but I felt the sales exec could have been a bit more engaged and have bit less officious. I felt a little bit like he wasn't taking my enquiry seriously. I had to persuade him to provide a part-ex valuation so that I could evaluate the overall costs.
