My wife and I were in the market for a compact SUV. We have been investigating a number of different options and, although our specific requirements were better met by a different manufacturer, our experience at Audi was by far the best. This started with ease of parking, layout of the showroom, helpfulness of the reception and knowledge and helpfulness of the sales person; Jonathan Dodson. A Q2 and Q3 were made available for test drives. Although the Q2 was too small we found the Q3 to be of a much better size and the driving experience was excellent. Our decision was eventually made based on the overall comfort and package offered by a competitor. Having said that, the Q3 is an excellent vehicle and, had our requirements differed slightly, we would have been very happy to have made a purchase.

I think you should consider a better queuing system of jobs. Luckily I'm a man of leisure but in other circumstances it would not be ideal to wait 3.5 hours to change 4 tyres and wash the car.

We had a really good experience. The sales representative was really helpful in sharing his knowledge of the car, its systems and importantly the key upgrades from our previous vehicle. He also helped us set up the vehicle app which was appreciated. All in all a very supportive and hassle free service.
