Unfortunately I ending up purchasing a car through the Reading dealership but Richard Young was so helpful and would highly recommend to anyone. It’s a shame we didn’t end up purchasing through him.

The service plan was spoken about. However the car I was part exchanging had a service plan which runs until Sptember this year although the two services have been done. I didn't want a 2nd plan to run concurrent with the existing so I informed the sales person that I would take out a service plan on the new cae when the other plan runs out.Overall the sales person was excellent in everything he did and said throughtout the sale.

Jon was excellent he explained and helped make the purchase of a new Audi easy.
