Analise was just so wonderful

My car, Q4 Etron, which I bought 1 year ago when it was launched from Audi Guilford, was called in for a recall (Battery module exchange) but I had to book the car in with a special dealer (Audi Farnborough) as other Audi garages did not have the respective specialised technician. I had to drive 30miles from my home in Ham, Richmond to Farnborough and needed to arrange for my wife to bring and to collect my car. The car needed to be in the garage from Monday until Friday, could not be picked up or returned to my home location due to the longer distance and I had to organise myself without a curtesy car. Audi Service was very friendly and professional, the car repair went well, and I picked up my car on Saturday morning clean and in excellent condition. My slight disappointment is related to the lack of service available for my electric car when Audi needed to recall the car as recently happened.

I found the whole experience of buying my Audi, pleasurable informative and easy, and your agent Simon Gale enhanced that experience.
