Dominic was very helpful with the test drive on a Sunday, and Tim also with the corporate follow up the next day. My only reservation with moving forward with any sort of order is the lead time on the car production

I booked a waiting time slot, which I ended up waiting for 4 hours which I felt should have been more clearly communicate at the time of booked and drop off. Since having my service, I have also received another call requesting to book my service in which shows a lack of communication.

I received an email on 13/9 telling me that my car was due for a service. As the car was delivered in January 2022, I ignored the email as I was expecting my 1st service in January 2023. On 16/9 I received a second email and this time I decided to call the number in the email. I spoke with a gentleman who assured me that, as the car received it PDI in October 2021, a service was due. I booked a service and duly delivered the car to Audi Farnborough - a 45 minute drive from my home. Having left the car, I was called and told that the car did not need a service until January 2023 and that my service plan would not cover a service in October. Having made my displeasure extremely clear, it was agreed to complete the service under my service plan.The service was completed and I was told that next service will in January 2024. I now have a lack of confidence in Audi that I am half expecting a call in October next year advising me of the need for a service. If I do book a service in January 2024, I hope I will not be told that the time beteween the current service and that next one is too grerat and that it won't be covered by my service plan. I wouldn't be surprised.Not a great experience which undermines my confidence in Audi. Don't the different parts of Audi talk to one another and why doesn't the IT system identify the correct date for a service? It shouldn't be too difficult. Maya, your customer service rep, was very helpful in sorting all this out.
