I had no problem getting an appointment scheduled. It was when I got there and how long I had to wait with an appointment for an issue that should only have been 30 minutes. And while I waited they called me into an office about buying a new car. I told them I was only there because of the recall. That did not matter. They just wanted a sale. It was frustrating to have to take my SUV in the first place be cause of a recall!I drove up and had to get out the car to get someone to help me. I had an appointment that was only supposed to be 30 minutes and sat for 2 hours never with an explanation as to why it was taking so long. They called me back to an office which I thought my suv was ready under the pretense of trying to offer me 0 percent on my existing loan and then the lady said her managers were in a meeting and she would call me for an approval when they got out of meeting. I was called 3 times after I left by men wanting to sell me a new SUV and never mentioning the 0 percent for my existing loan! So all of the calling me back to office and saying they wanted to offer me 0 percent on my existing car loan was just a pretend situation to get me to buy a new car. I would never visit this dealership again for anything.

I showed up at my appointment time that was previously booked, still had to fill out repeated informationVery professional, only thing would be I was told the diagnosis would be $198. Not $198 for every issue that was discussed. Neither my phone call to schedule appointment or when I pulled up made that clear

I can't say much about improvements because I don't work there and i don't know what needs to be improved, everything looks great to me.they where very comfortable sale person's to with and the best part they where very thorough too
