Time it takes for simple oil changes and the place they place the stickers to let you know when your next service will be they did not clean it they continued to place the stickers in same spot. It’s a build up now and it’s hard to clean it off..The wait time. The young lady who checked me out was amazing.Work on a better time period to get customers in and out with the simple services like oil changesShuttle was not working that day

My service advisor was very helpful with my visit. I had a past problem with the batteries in both key fobs which had been replaced several months ago. After replacing batteries for the second time, she made sure that the problem was well documented in case I have future problems with the fobs or the information panel, they would be able to take care of it. I carried my car in for its service and an oil change. I want to thank Meg for being so polite and attentive to all of my needs. P. WarnerFay Mit was very personal and my service dept representative was very helpful.

A great place to get a vehicle they truly listen. They explain the whole process. They are truly nice and every part of the facility is clean. They also make it easy when you have your kids with youThey are very friendly and truly listen to your needs. No one got upset when it took me a couple visits to figure out which vehicle is truly right for me.

Customer service was on point. Just keep up the great work, and continue to listen to the Customers. God bless you all.My experience, were wonderful. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. I didn't not feel pressured in anyway. Destiny, and the young man with the beautiful teeth. Sorry I can't remember his name 🙂 they are very knowledgeable and patient. I truly appreciate the customer service.

Meg was awesome! She kept me informed throughout my visit on what was going on with my vehicle. She is always smiling and so pleasant. She also secured shuttle transportation for me to go home and the driver was also so very pleasant and professional. It was an overall great visit.

They only had coffee Pep offer that also.All she was doing was trying to sale me services that I didn't ask for.No it was pushed all the way up like a midget was driving it.Just tell me to go to hell the next time I go there and least you would be honest how you feel about your customers after you sell them a car.The woman who checked me out, told me I didn't know what the hell I'm talking about, even though I was a certified basic mechanic in 1994 and a technician for kraft foods. She got loud so with me and said I was rude, honestly I wouldn't find the hell back here but you are the only goddammit mitsubishi dealer in the giving area and if you told me not to come the fuck back I would use the as a excuse to drive to Raleigh.Had to call back after I received the voicemail a full and can no longer receive messages.Told to have a seat in the waiting room.

The top tier customer service from my sales guy Mikey. Very approachable, knowledgeable, and courteous. Willing to go above and beyond to make the sale smooth as possible. With Jeff Brooks by his side lending a helping hand. This is my second car I’ve purchased from here and I’ll continue to keep my service here as well.
