Meg was Awesome! While my Mitsubishi Outlander was getting services, she kept me abreast the whole time while in the waiting room. She offered me beverages and snacks as well. When Meg returned my keys to me she had my fluids topped off and car vacuumed as well!!! WHAT!!!! I didn't even have to ask for that!!! That's what customer service is all about! Told me to call her directly if I needed anything regarding my vehicle and have a wonderful day! :) Gold Star service. Thank you Meg for being the Super Star that you are for you made my day that day!!!!I had a factory recall. I called at 1045 to schedule an appt and was asked if I could bring it in at 1100 the same day! That made me very happy because that showed me that it was important to them to fix it immediately. Also, when I pulled my vehicle into the service bay I was met by a very friendly representative who was very attentive and customer service oriented who was also very knowledgeable on the recall and told me approximately how long it would take and kept me up to date during the service.
