Was told they had Free WATER up front. But the lady up front said (no water) it was all gone ,Because MEG made everything easy , she called me got me in with in hours. Did oil change, tired rotation and all that needed to be checked an done . The girl needs a raise , She knows her job well. I will always ask for her in the future. And also thank you ALEX . Everything wet well with the dealer and the finance department.Customers would like to have some hot food though after waiting for a bit u know...offer them some hot pizza or chicken... I think he did a great job selling me that vehicle, the representative respected me treated me really well. I would recommend other people to go see that representative.

When calling in to speak to someone about my warranty and scheduling service , the phone operators are a bit short. I also got disconnected and redirected a few times. Once I reached the service department, it was all friendly service! All my questions answered, and scheduled a convenient appointment in no time! My car was ready by the end of the day! When I picked up , they even washed it for me!I kept getting disconnected or rerouted via telephone but once I got to the right person, everything went smoothlyThe service department is awesome! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I travel a good distance to have my car service here.

Definitely a positive experience. Was given choices for great deals. Test drive was a great experience, and the sales clerks were all professionals. Had a great experience at Mitsubishi Motors.
