Hay paquetes de Internet que valen menos de lo que pagamos y tienen más velocidad. Si van a aumentar la velocidad y el precio me parece que entonces deberían comparar con otros proveedores o llegar a una mejor negociación con Spectrum. Por el mismo precio que pagamos deberian darnos mejor velocidad.

**Note - Not once in any of your questions did you make mention of COST**. How much more a month is this going to add to the rent - that is already too high!! You need to offer all this as an OPTION. I do NOT like being FORCED into having anything. If people want all this stuff then let them have it as individuals - not as part of the rent. When you started this "whole complex" thing I was forced into (and still am) paying an additional $85 a month for something I rarely used. The cost of living is way too high and people have enough problems paying the rent without the additional charges. If someone can afford it then let them but please stop forcing people who can't afford it to pay for things they don't want.

TVs are the new landlines. Nobody uses them.

I’m not against upgrading as long as it doesn’t entail prices going up. The internet fee was already raised last year while the speed stood the same. I cannot afford paying more.

We should be allowed to opt out of the WiFi charge. It’s ridiculous we have to pay an extra 65 dollars a month (780 a year) just for WiFi we don’t have access to, I get WiFi for 40 bucks a month through my phone bill. Let us opt out of that or get rid of it because nobody in this complex uses the WiFi to begin with…

I currently stream the spectrum app on my smart tv. I also have no issues with the current internet. I’m very neutral and have no preference because I’m ok with the current service and ok with upgrading.

I feel like the fact this survey doesn't mention a price increase it should upgrade. If it does increase price we should not. The current price for internet and cable is quite outrageous monthly. The only way this would make sense is if we were getting better internet for cheaper. I can almost guarantee most people in this complex use a streaming platform to consume media more so than regular cable boxes. With no wires being ran and no equipment to rent because we are streaming price should decrease. THE PRICE RIGHT NOW FOR ONLY 500 GBS THAT WE ARE FORCED TO PAY IS OUTRAGEOUS.

I would like to keep the option that does NOT increase my out of pocket. If an increase in internet speeds and/or cable does not increase tenant out of pocket costs I am in support of the change and upgrade. Otherwise, I do NOT want to increase my out of pocket cost.
