Waiting for a second visit

They just wiped the mold(day after inspection) because I had to put a maintenance report. They didn’t even inspect the home they just asked if I had an issues which was the AC per usual the changed the filt and left . Next day I noticed black mold on window seal in living room and a maintenance guy came, sprayed it and cleaned it and walked out.

Very nice place to live. Clean community. The office staff is very nice and helpful especially Lina i email her and always get a response quickly. This is the best apartment complex i have lived in since i started renting.

Please don’t move into this property. The person in the rent office is very nasty when you move out they would jack the rent up on you so bad and put damages on you. Do not move in this properly is a scam. They run a special to get you in and then your rent will be high.
