Quiet area and great location!

Property manager and leasing agent should be more professional and actually make residents feel like they are being heard and not attacked and stop blaming residents for issues they complain about and just have it fixed instead of trying to argue about it. I’ve been here for 3 months and still have mold and a hole in roof from water damage and leakage.

Unfortunately, the floors are never cleaned.There is a lot of rubbish on the stairways and many stains from spilled liquids. The washing quality is disgusting, the water does not heat up in the washing machine, the wash lasts only 30 minutes.This is a very short cycle and the washing quality is terrible.

Love the community its smaller than some of the other communites i have lived at but this one still offers all the amenities it also has picnic tables and beautiful trees surround it. Its quiet never any issues here!

In 2019 the apartments prices were between 850 a single room to 1200 for a two bedroom, what happened that made the prices skyrocket.

Beautiful property. Love the interiors of the apartment. The apartment space for 2 bedrooms is good. Very quiet and I love that. The only draw back is the areas where the staircases to get to the rooms are needed to be swept and be free of build up dirt, cigarette butts, and other small refuse.
