Earnest, the leasing agent who helped me was wonderful. He lives up to his namesake. He was very honest with me and showed me all of the amenities as well as what my options are within my budget. I appreciated his enthusiasm and joyful spirit.

Kaitlyn was absolutely sweet. She’s very personable and gave us time to indulge while also ensuring we were fully cared for through out our entire tour. She shared so much information and made sure all of my questions were answered! Living there with her as my consultant would make me super excited!

I have absolutely loved my over 2 years in this building. When I first moved into building B (right when it opened), it was filled with young professionals who treated the building with respect, cleanliness, and dignity. I recommended it to several friends during the course of my first year living here. The caliber of resident now has definitely diminished a bit, causing many of the familiar faces who were here in the beginning to move out. Many residents now leave their trash in hallways, don't clean up after themselves, don't maintain a level of minimal noise, allow their pets to defecate in and outside the building without cleaning it up, blast music late in the roundabout, treat amenities with a level of entitlement rather than privilege, allow their children and pets to run around unattended, perimeter gates are left unlocked and causing random people to enter the premises, etc. It would be in our communities best interest if more of a vetting process was done when leasing to new potential applicants to ensure the culture of this community and the respect people have not only for one another, but the building as well is maintained at the level which we all want to ensure and preserve.
