I didn't receive a move-in gift. A move-in gift was mentioned with my leasing agent and it's listed on Ferrante's website and the pamphlet I have. My leasing agent is amazing, she did tell me the complex ran out and they're ordering more. I haven't received anything yet. The building is new and up-to-date. It's inconvenient and shocking that Ferrante doesn't have the technology to allow residents to buzz their guests in. Having to greet guests (especially if your unit is far from the lobby) every time is a hassle. I would've also thought there would be more available guests parking considering how large the complex is.

The complex is very good, of course I would recommend it, but the dishwasher repair was not completed, since after the technician left it still does not work properly.
