The service is very good. We like this house very much. However, our moving deadline is still close to two months away. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to book it. I don’t know if you will have any discounts in April. I look forward to it. Hope to end up living in this beautiful apartment!

This is my 1st time moving to one of the GHP apartments. I’m glad I chose Ferrante to be my home the place is clean, new, and exceptional. Earnest is THE BEST he helped me get it fast and efficiently.

Earnest provided a super detailed and extensive tour of the property, answered all of our questions and really did a great job at showing the best of Ferrante. He tailored our tour to our specific needs and budget as well as provided great options for us to consider. The warm welcome and relaxed nature of the experience made it an easy decision to apply for one of the apartments we had seen during the tour

GOOD MORNING TEAM FERRANTE I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE 11/2023 AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN AMAZING I MOVED IN TO MY NEW APARTEMNT ON 12/2023 AND SINCE THEN I'VE HAD TWO ISSUES COME UP WITH THE BATHROOM (TOILET) AND BOTH TIMES YOU GUYS HAVE MOVED QUICK TO HELP FIX EVERYTHING (THANK YOU) I JUST RECENTLY HAD TO SUBMIT A CLAIM WITH RENTERS INSURANCE FOR A FEW ITEMS THAT GOT DAMAGED DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER THAT WENT IN MY ROOM IN THE MIDDILE OF THE NIGHT MY ONLY QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPEND? (HAS THIS UNIT HAD ISSUES WITH BATHROOM BEFORE I MOVED IN?)
