GOOD MORNING TEAM FERRANTE I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE 11/2023 AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN AMAZING I MOVED IN TO MY NEW APARTEMNT ON 12/2023 AND SINCE THEN I'VE HAD TWO ISSUES COME UP WITH THE BATHROOM (TOILET) AND BOTH TIMES YOU GUYS HAVE MOVED QUICK TO HELP FIX EVERYTHING (THANK YOU) I JUST RECENTLY HAD TO SUBMIT A CLAIM WITH RENTERS INSURANCE FOR A FEW ITEMS THAT GOT DAMAGED DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER THAT WENT IN MY ROOM IN THE MIDDILE OF THE NIGHT MY ONLY QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPEND? (HAS THIS UNIT HAD ISSUES WITH BATHROOM BEFORE I MOVED IN?)

Everything was excellent, however it would be very nice if they left a note indicating that the fault was repaired.

Mr. Hardy was very professional and thorough as he toured us through the property and explained our lease terms, in addition the concierge has been very helpful during our move in assisting with access to the loading dock and securing the area from potential losses while we moved in, Thank you to all the staff at Ferrante we are very happy to Join the community The Zavala's

Nino leasing manager was very helpful and he made the leasing process smooth and easy. I appreciate being in a new community and amenity are amazing.
