My experience with the Ferrante leasing staff has been phenomenal! They are truly so attentive and helpful. Best leasing experience I’ve had so far.

Kaitlyn was the best tour guide! Very well educated about the property and so sweet.

Service was addressed quickly and in a timely manner. Resident services called beforehand to make sure it was ok to enter my apartment, which I really appreciated because I have a dog who would have been very startled if someone unknown walked into the unit. Based on my service request I would recommend these apartments.

Though the cost of living in LA is pricey. The Ferrante is a luxury apartment with the convenience of local freeways, shops, hospitals, and even sporting events. The complex is filled with amenities to have your own events in, an amazing gym, pool, and still adding on to it. The staff in regards to the work order was courteous and moved with a sense of urgency. I spoke with the RSO rep “Nevel” (apologies if spelling of name is wrong) but got maintenance to fix my door within a matter of minutes. The maintenance rep “Dennis” is always polite and knowledgeable on any and all issues in the complex that may occur. In closing I would recommend this luxury apartment to someone being in the heart of LA without the traffic and worry of parking. The Ferrante is in a class of its own from its sister properties such as the Orsini which I’ve previously lived in but never got to see its true potential with how bad it got honestly.
