My service request have always been completed to my satisfaction within 24 hours.

She is very good worker,I like her.

I wrote in my request that I needed 24hr notice before you could fulfill the request. I wasn’t given that notice. Also, there was a mess left all over my bedroom and some of my clothes that I wasn’t given a chance to clear because there was no notice. Next time please give me a warning.

Earnest was so helpful and kind to me ! Really appreciate him to the fullest! He needs a raise!

The apartment complex is well cared for, the staff was kind and knowledgable

The apartment community is very well kept. The upkeep is actually amazing ,Nice and clean . Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner and everyone in the leasing office has great customer service skills and personable.

The units and property are even more beautiful in person. Kaitlyn was very patient and kind while walking me through the process and I can’t wait to move in next month!!!

The moving experience was great. I set a time to move in through the talking area through the portal and it made the move seamless.
