Sandy, was very informative and knowable of the property and amenities that it offers. She was also very friendly and exhibit excellent customer service skills.

The staff was very helpful and courtesy. Very polite and did things in a timely manner

The service request was for a broken fridge which led to a lot of groceries and food going bad. I was told the food replacement cost would be reimbursed but there has been no response to multiple email’s to residential services.

I had a few work orders that weren’t completed during the punch, but other than that everything was very convenient

Maintenance is very responsive, They are courteous with all their interactions. Even when presented with PTE conflicts, the RSO team ensures they reach out & follow up so the work gets done. The porters are all amazing and leave the property very clean. The entire staff is amazing. My only complaint are dog owners who do not clean up after their pets, Minutes after the porters clean the elevator they are dirty or they pile up trash on the bins located in the parking structures. Un polite neighbors/ Guests who have no respect for others & quiet hours. Random alarm triggers that seem to be consistent with no actual reason. & Lastly the stench of marijuana/tobacco that emits in the elevators, hallways, and patios throughout the day.
