Wonderful move in experience. Kaitlyn particularly has been SO helpful for months throughout this process, and made my move in day completely smooth and exciting. I love this community and am so thankful to be here!

Kaitlyn was awesome

Maintenance is very responsive, They are courteous with all their interactions. Even when presented with PTE conflicts, the RSO team ensures they reach out & follow up so the work gets done. The porters are all amazing and leave the property very clean. The entire staff is amazing. My only complaint are dog owners who do not clean up after their pets, Minutes after the porters clean the elevator they are dirty or they pile up trash on the bins located in the parking structures. Un polite neighbors/ Guests who have no respect for others & quiet hours. Random alarm triggers that seem to be consistent with no actual reason. & Lastly the stench of marijuana/tobacco that emits in the elevators, hallways, and patios throughout the day.

Kaitlyn provided us with big red cart that was very helpful! That made moving the smaller stuff so quick and easy. I called the main desk on a sunday to ask about using the loading dock entrance to move the big stuff. The directions were a little unclear but once it was figured out, it was smooth sailing.

Apartment is very excellent

The loading dock elevator should only be specifically for loading items only.
