I’m disputing the trash and cleaning fee because the items shown in the photos are not mine. I made sure to clean up my trash and take all of my belongings with me when I moved out. I was a mid-year lease takeover, so I didn’t bring very much with me in the first place. The kitchen items, alcohol bottles, and other things shown in the photos were already in the apartment when I moved in. The moving boxes were also not mine since I didn’t have many things to move. One of our roommates was also evicted in June, so some of the items left behind may have belonged to him. I moved out early on July 31 at around 6:00 AM, and one of my other roommates was still there and had not fully moved out yet when I left. Since other people were still living in or had belongings in the apartment, I don’t think it’s fair for me to be charged for items or trash that were not mine.

I was charged for not having returned my keys and this is completely false. I moved out of the apartment early and checked in with the front desk and returned ALL keys that were provided to me including the sticker of a parking pass off of my car. Not only that, but I was charged $100.00 for a cleaning fee… for air vents that were a health hazard in the first place and lint stuck behind our dryer from before we had even moved in. The only other picture showing cleaning needs was for the toilet that was deep cleaned before I moved out… I’m not sure what I was supposed to do about a toilet that got gross sitting by itself for a couple months. This is completely unacceptable. Not only do these charges need to be removed, but I expect my deposit back.

Hello, I'm curious about my deposit as I paid over $2000.00 but the message I got says I'm only eligible for $1350? And it's trying to charge me for not returning the keys but I did. Where did the rest of my deposit go? It doesn't even say why the money is being held back.

I moved out Wednesday July 29 at 4:10 and went into the office and handed the guy with longer hair my keys, fob, garage clicker and my garage sticker. I know for a fact I turned it in and I am sure there is video footage of me turning it in too. Please recheck as I know I did thank you!

I was charged $140.00 from my deposit for "not returning keys" but I DID return the keys to the front office staff the day I moved out.

I am writing to formally dispute the “medium cleaning” charge assessed for the bathroom in room 316.The photograph that was provided as documentation for this charge does not show a condition that appears to require the level of cleaning reflected by a medium-cleaning charge. With that being said no dirt, build up, or trash is even visible for a charge to be given.I am requesting that this charge be removed from my account. If the charge is being maintained, I would request for documentation be provided that would showing the specific condition that required cleaning and for the charge to be put on as a “Medium Clean “I do not believe the photograph currently provided is sufficient to substantiate this charge.Thank you for reviewing this dispute and correcting the charge accordingly.

The photograph also does not clearly identify any specific dirt, damage, buildup, or other condition that would justify this charge.I am requesting that this charge be removed from my account. If the charge is being maintained, please provide documentation showing the specific condition that required cleaning, the work that was actually performed, and the basis for categorizing it as a “medium” cleaning charge.I do not believe the photograph currently provided is sufficient to substantiate this charge.Thank you for reviewing this dispute and correcting the charge accordingly.

I am writing to formally dispute the charge for a lost mailbox key.At the beginning of my leasing term, both my bedroom key and my mailbox key were not functioning properly. I went to the leasing office to report the issue, and John assisted me by cutting multiple replacement bedroom keys until we were eventually able to find one that worked. However, I never received a functioning mailbox key. I did not lose or fail to return a mailbox key because I was never provided with a working mailbox key to begin with. Because of this, I do not believe I should be charged a lost-key fee for an item that I did not have in my possession.I am requesting that the mailbox key charge be removed from my account. Please also review your records regarding the keys that were issued to me and the assistance I received from John at the beginning of my lease, as this should help confirm the circumstances.Thank you for reviewing this and correcting the charge.
