Hello. My name is Naomi Scalavino. I was a resident at FIFTEEN51(apt.404) last year and had to end my contract early for health reasons. Since then I’ve never gotten my deposit and never received paperwork about my lease ending as I was told I would. I would like to get my deposit and a dated form stating that I have ended the lease. Hi! I was told my refund would take up to 60 days I’m in a family emergency where I’m stuck in reno until I get it to get back to my family. Is there any way I can get it sooner and when it arrives can I make sure it’s just delivered to fifteen51 and I’ll pick it up from them because I have no other way of getting it.

I moved out in 2024. I got a letter saying I owe money due to damages I did not due in the apartment. The damages were form previous tenants and from management not properly cleaning the space when I moved in. I also have records of management not cleaning the space from my other roommates who requested the carpets be cleaned and the room door be fixed before I move in. However the charged amount was handled by my parents. I then got a recent email from a debt collection agency saying I owe another $70. I was never notified as to why I owe this to Fifteen51 nor the itemized. I have contacted this company multiple times without response. I will not pay this until I receive a reason why I am being charged.
