The apartment was left clean, spotless, and in better condition than when my daughter moved in. The stains on the shower floor were there when my daughter took occupancy.I have pictures of how the apartment was before and after she left.

I was supposed to be getting a door repaired, but now I’m getting charged for a door replacement on top of that I was never charged for it. This is from a damages that was in May. And worked on in june. He never charged me for it so i assumed since it was a diy hob that i never was gonna be charged, for weeks until now i have $205 charge on my account. it is August. I’m in a whole new apartment honestly just not fair.

My bedspace and bathroom was vaccumed and cleaned before i left. I shouldnt be charged for that.

I am being charged for stains that were already there when I moved in and stated on the move in checklist

I am disputing the move-out charge for failure to return my key. I returned my key on the designated move-out day as required, so I am unsure why I am being charged a fee for not returning it. Please review your move-out records and remove this charge from my account.

I handed my keys August 5th as I was told I had until the office closed to hand in my keys. I gave my keys back to the front office before the office closed.

I moved out of the apartment months before my roomate did. I cleaned up all of my trash and left my room empty, but still and getting a trash charge and not getting my deposit back.

Moved into new apartment, apartment is in horrible condition - most of the apartment needs to be renovated and doesnt reflect the display room that we were sold. We returned the keys an hour after receiving them and asked to be released from the lease. Management aren't allowing us. Considering legal action. Thank you.
