Tried three ways to make an appointment - only 1 worked1) web site, Schedule Service - found my car OK via my phone number, but never presented a list of services from which to choose and book appointment2) chat - had a nice chat and took my info that they promised would be passed on to the service folks at Firkins - no one ever called back3) finally picked up the phone and made the appointment that ways which was quick and simple - but why offer two other methods that clearly do not work

xxThe only negative has been after the purchase.We had an electronic problem with our video screen which service wanted me to drive over a half hour to fix.They finally came up with a work around but only after a protracted conversation.Your sales people are easy to work with
