My husband and I recently moved to Reidsville, North Carolina. We needed to find a bank, since we bought a house and we were selling our old home. Every single time we had to get stuff done, the people were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. I’d expect a professional relationship with the bank, blown away by how well we are treated- like family.

Help availability still an issue with hours or any issues that arise over weekend or after hours wont get addressed until following week.
