I HATE this banking system. I cannot reach a person on the phone at all!!! You will be on hold for an hour plus. IF you reach someone at all. Then when you do, they will be completely unhelpful and transfer you to an automated line that cycles and will not put you back to a person. When I am doen withdrawing my money I will NEVER EVER use bankmobile, bm tech or first carolina bank. Anything. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience.

The process with FCB is always very smooth. Very attentive to the customer and Jose’ is a great loan officer. Always available and ready to provide answers.

It took a little bit longer than expected to open checking and savings accounts. However, they were very professional.When I accidentally put my direct deposit information in wrong on my employer’s self-service website (saying a checking account was a savings), they sent me an email and credited me the money.
