Crystal Harrison was trying to help me with a mobile deposit issue on Jan 30, She did everything she could on her end and directed my situation to another department before all of the crazy ice & snow started. Any whoever was supposed to contact me did not the week before do I contacted Crystal again and she got it taken care of Feb 10. It took a little bit to get it taken care of.
