I have been a customer since Raleigh Branch opened. The turnover in the branch is constant especially in management. The staff lacks the training they need and deserve to feel confident in meeting their customers needs. I recently had an interaction with Tom Clinard which was very pleasant and makes me hopeful that things will be more consistent in the Raleigh Branch. I also feel that if you’re not a business account you are somewhat ignored no matter your relationship or balance with FCB. That comes from the very top and the culture of the bank.
