When Melody came to open my accounts, she was very professional but also talked to me like we had been friends for awhile. I would definitely recommend this bank to my friends. I actually work in a different bank in town, so I know how having good customer service is. Long but needs to be read!!Employees there for you and very helpful in a non patronizing way.Last year I had a really severe episode of off the chart high blood sugar.My doctor said I didn't realize how close I had come to dying. I had confused thoughts,memory lapses, difficulty with motor skills. I was always in charge of banking and payingour bills, suddenly anything dealing with money and math just didn't make sense to me.Several of your employees helped me on various occasions. They are always helpfuland courteous!!!!!! They made a difficult situation much easier to cope with!!Emily Chilton was extra, unbelievably kind. She helped with my accounts, did extraprintouts for me, helped me with pin codes and passwords. She logged into my home computer and together we worked through the mess I made before I realized I was not back to"normal"!! She was pleasant, patient, and acted like it wasn't anything usual.I knew it was!! Slowly I became more functional. I will be forever grateful to her.All your people are capable and friendly, that is why we have moved most of our accountsto your bank.
