My doctor said I didn't realize how close I had come to dying. I had confused thoughts, memory lapses, difficulty with motor skills. I was always in charge of banking and paying our bills, suddenly anything dealing with money and math just didn't make sense to me. Several of your employees helped me on various occasions. They are always helpful and courteous!!!!!! They made a difficult situation much easier to cope with!! Emily Chilton was extra, unbelievably kind. She helped with my accounts, did extra printouts for me, helped me with pin codes and passwords. She logged into my home computer and together we worked through the mess I made before I realized I was not back to "normal"!! She was pleasant, patient, and acted like it wasn't anything usual. I knew it was!! Slowly I became more functional. I will be forever grateful to her. All your people are capable and friendly, that is why we have moved most of our accounts to your bank.

Robin has always been extremely helpful. She is the one that makes our experience so positive. Even though we have needed to move to Greensboro, she is the reason we have stayed with 1st Carolina.
