I'm new to Reidsville and to North Carolina. I was initially steered to First Carolina by their high review score and to the user friendliness of the website. When I called to ask if notary services were part of customer benefits and was told yes I was hooked. The process for starting the basic account even for someone with limited means was effortless easy and friendly and made so by Melody whom I believe overseas the lobby area. Like everyone I've encountered in Reidsville she was service focused and friendly in a small neighborhood way that seems to be a trademark here in Reidsville. Highly recommend. Conveniently located with lots of benefits no matter where you fall on the socioeconomic scale.
