My husband and I opened a business account there. Thankfully, we didn't have to be there at the same time. I showed up to sign some paperwork. And, the lady was so nice to get me in and out of there so that I could get back to work in time.

I was treated with courtesy. Although, I was a little concerned about one thing. After I asked for a copy of all documents that I had signed, the person who waited on me marked out her own signature from the document. She said she didnt want her signature exposed to the public.I wonder if that makes the contract invalid?
