I was treated with courtesy. Although, I was a little concerned about one thing. After I asked for a copy of all documents that I had signed, the person who waited on me marked out her own signature from the document. She said she didnt want her signature exposed to the public.I wonder if that makes the contract invalid?

When I called to ask if notary services were part of customer benefits and was told yes I was hooked. The process for starting the basic account even for someone with limited means was effortless easy and friendly and made so by Melody whom I believe overseas the lobby area. Like everyone I've encountered in Reidsville she was service focused and friendly in a small neighborhood way that seems to be a trademark here in Reidsville. Highly recommend.
