Please don't allow this to reflect against the staff in the branch at Rocky Mount, as they've been wonderful but the process of opening up a new account for a business has been somewhat stressful. Rather than finding out the issues I'm going to have by running into them, it would have been nice to know up front. Perhaps a document stating the limits and issues a new account might run into would be good for the customer. Things like bill pay, mobile deposits, having to wait 14 business days for large deposits, Etc, limitations within the first 60 days of a new account, would have been helpful to know ahead of time. I've also ran into issues trying to utilize my debit card as well as my bank account to make purchases for equipment for my clients. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I do understand those protections are there to prevent fraudulent activity; however, it makes it very difficult to try to conduct business. For example - today, I tried to add my debit card as a form of payment for one of my vendors - TD Synnex; it was declined and I don't know why. I wasn't even trying to pay for something when it was declined, just adding it as a payment method. I'm assuming it was FCB declining the transaction used to approve the form of payment? If so, why?

Worst customer service I've ever experienced they didn't do nothing for me I had the worst experience with their online banking just I'll never do business with them again

Helen at the Reidsville location is a wonderful person. She’s very customer orientated and she helps every customer to the best of her knowledge. Helen goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and to make sure the Branch is ran smooth thank you for all you do for your customers.
