When you use your online to deposit a check and you do it correctly per tour terms and you summit it, it gets returned as unacceptable deposit. This has happened many times and then I have to go the branch and deposit it. That is why I will not open a checking account with your bank. You are not customer friendly with using online banking.

It is frustrating that there is a $100 li.it on my transfers. The main reason I opened an account was to purchase a car online, and it seems impossible.

I worked with Helen and Melody because the online site had a glitch. But they were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and were excellent to work with.

No the service is amazing. If you live close to a bank I’d recommend but being in Greensboro it’s a bit hard to have things situated.
