Good morning,I am reaching out because I have been unable to access my school refund despite following all of the instructions provided. I am a single mother of two, and this refund is urgently needed to pay for my daughter’s daycare.I have attempted to log in multiple times and have been locked out twice, even though I followed the required steps correctly. This situation has become extremely frustrating, and the customer service support I have received so far has not resolved the issue.At this point, the delay is causing significant hardship. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other appropriate agencies.I am requesting immediate assistance so I can access the funds I am entitled to without further delay.Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

Was excited to start college, was even more excited about receiving my refund. Until the nightmare of getting someone to update my new address turned into them mistaking fraudulent activity when its not. They send a code for login verification swith screens to get code, switch back to enter and it starts back at main screen sends new code. After getting 2 devices 1 logged in for code other staying on mobile app for bank and finally getting logged in. Its questioning my identification do to login issues and forces me to have to wait on a paper check via mail. 5 to 7 days which took 10 only for the check to show up at wrong address and be returned. Now locked out of being able to login the 2 hr waits to get a representative turns into 4 hrs after 3 transfers and wait 3 more days for verification after submitting 23 uploaded pictures and documents I have been on hold now for 28 hrs this week. Spoken with a dozen people a few managers and been hung up on by some of them, my bills are past due andaquiring late fees and reinstatement fees nearing $500 in total, even borrowed money which cost $100 more by the time I pay it back, cant continue school without this money and cant get anyone to fix whatever it is they got wrong will probably have to wait 7 to 10 more days on another check in the mail then 3 to 5 days to clear once deposited. If anyone has figured out a better way to keep a customer's money from them for almost a month I would be amazed. This company definitely has figured out how to leave customers on hold for entire days and how to hang up so your 2hr wait for 1st rep starts over again. Worst experience of my 25 years.

No areas to improve in, but I think Helen is one of the number one Employees. Helen needs a raise. She takes care of a lot and make sure her customers have everything they need.
