Evidently no you don’t like hearing from your customers. You nor Bank Mobile Vibe have been any help after you transferred $4807 of my daughters scholarship money to some account associated with an email address on the United Kingdom and then tell me that you are only a disbursement company and NOT backed by the FDIC or any other agency and will not return my daughter scholarship money that she has worked hard for the past 12 years in school. You are a joke and I will do everything I can to spread the word. I have mailed multiple packets to your legal department and to BankMobile with Police reports, letters from the BBB, FTC, FDIC, Consumer Affairs and other agencies claiming that my daughter was a victim of fraud and yet no one cares!!!! Google your company online. See how many college kids are getting scammed by you and you have done nothing about it. Your company is a joke
