Our experience was great. Everyone was quite polite and professional, eager and willing to help in whatever way possible. After being lied to by a large and big named lending company for 6 weeks then dropped like a hot potato. First Carolina bank and it's great people started and completed a refinancing loan in 9 days and at lower interest rate.George
