After terrible experiences with big banks and underwhelming experiences with local credit unions, we feel like we have found a sweet spot with a local bank and a team that genuinely cares. It seems so obvious that people would want this kind of attention and service around something as important as their money. Up until now we hadn't found a place that walked the talk. We moved all of our accounts over to FCB, and are very pleased.
