As stated earlier, not everyone likes flavored creamer in coffee. In the time I was there the coffee station was not restocked.Provide clear instructions for first-time customers so that valuable time is not wasted trying to find out what the procedures are when coming for service.I rated this a 3 because I was new to your facility as far as service goes and had not received any advance information as to your procedures for registering.My experience was interesting for a first time at this dealership for an oil change. I absolutely had no idea where to go. It took me two tries to finally get to the right place to register with sign in staff. This was the only interaction I had with staff. The oil change/tire rotation/car wash took an hour. I was fortunate, other customers had a much longer wait for the same service. The coffee experience was another issue. Not everyone likes flavored creamer for coffee. Do we like the car? Absolutely. Would we recommend a Mitsubishi, yes. Would we recommend Five Star as a dealership- absolutely.
