my only problem we have been waiting for months to get our remote climate system fixed. we never hear back from the cooperate office abouth this problem by the time they figure it out our service will have run out. five star tried very hard to help us but its actually the main Mitsubishi main office problem. seems like they just dont get back with you. but other than that five star has been nothing but helpful great team they have. i just want to use my climate control system. thanks

They book too many services at the same times leading to delays.... Time is of the essence....Oil change took over an hour an a half.... But the after that they did do another service that took an additional hour.
