Great service friendly people

I did not use amenities or WiFi. The waiting area is a little cold due to it being in an area where the sales staff are in and out.When I got in the car the seat was way back and the radio was turned completely off. I had to go into settings to turn audio back on.I have asked several times for the spelling of my first name to be corrected. It is Debra and not Deborah. Seems to be a difficult task.

The service dept. is always receptive to my issues, and have fixed them each time.when we call, explain our issues, the service dept., is always ready to set up an appt and fix the problem(s)

It was a little chilly in the building.We have dealt with Five Star since 2014 and have always been satisfied. Great service department and courteous staff.
