Your staff understood the assignment given. Run credit, pick a Mirage for me, and wrap it up quick. They choose a nice 2024 Mirage G4 LE, they made sure it was detailed and gassed up and sent me on my way as a satisfied customer.I was a man on a mission with limited time. I asked when I arrived if I was greeted by a sale person, the gentleman replied he was a sales manager, I asked for a sale person and he promptly had someone to take care of me within 1 minute. I explained I totaled my car and I needed my credit ran to see if I could get a second loan for a new car. I quickly choose a Mirage due to price point and within 20 minutes I was approved and paperwork was started. I was there less than an hour and get on with the rest of my day. Perfect Service!

Shuttle driver was very nice.How ever washed the vehicle missed a lot of dirty places on vehicle. Looked like a child cleaned it. If that is how it will be cleaned I would sooner it not be washed.Service laid insurance card and registration on passenger seat and did not see them. Instead of placing in cup holder or glove box. Was looking for them after pick up.
