Make your appointment to meet your schedule.The wash job was terrible missed a lot of different areas of the car. If you offer this service they need to do a better job.We schedule an oil change and cabin filter at 11: 00 and they did not take the car until 11:30 and it took 1. 1/2 to complete. Got they car at 12/30. We had a doctor appointment. Schedule for 1:00 across town and was not sure we would make that appointment.I am sorry but an oil change and cabin filter change should not take 1 1/2 from the appointment time to when the car was done.Great serviceTo long to wait for an oil change and cabin air filter change. Took over 1 1/2. Should have been about one hour.
