Salesman said the vehicle would be filled with gas but it wasn’t but it was okayOne person told me $643 out the door and the other person doing my paperwork it went up to over $660 a month by that time it was too late to give it backFriendly staff will work with you answer any questions you have can’t beat the warranty and very dependable vehicles

Because they told my wife they couldn't drop her car off when done so I had to contact a friend to get it figured out tht works there bc they told me they could drop it off.You need to tell people about thr transmission builds being changed because not everyone reads there books n my mom found out the hard way n needed new transmission n now I know to do tht with mine n wife's also dont tell customers one thing n cant feel the requestThey told my wife they couldn't drop off when completed but took her to work n she works until 4 n had no car to get there to pick up but after complaining it got doneThey said she couldn't get her car dropped off when done even they told me they could but got figured out after complainingThey are a friendly staff in the sales department

Give customers what they request when purchasing a vehicle not trick them into thinking they got what they asked for and instead give them the exact opposite and then do literally absolutely nothing about fixing the problem or situationBecause I purchased not one but two brand new vehicles and I specifically requested different rims then the ones that were on the vehicle that I was shown and allowed to take for a test drive I wanted the rims that were on every other vehicle other than the one I was shown on the lot and I also specified that I wanted the trim package that had ambient lighting in the footwells and I was told it would be dealt with it later on in the process but it was never revisited or mentioned again until I thought they had addressed both issues but after signing the paperwork and everything and I went out to the car is when I realized neither issue was addressed and then everybody looked at me like I was speaking Chinese when I said where's the stuff that I requested and now I can't get anybody to help me or do anything about it and I've tried to go over the salesman's head to his boss The boss's boss and nobody can seem to answer me back because I get messages regularly telling me thank you for your purchase If you're not happy in any way to please let us know so we can fix it which I have attempted to do dozens of times and nobody can even bother to respond to my messages
