Great car dealer to deal with

Less than hour appt. Oil change. And checked fluids in engine. With others waiting for their vehicle. It was the fastest appt I ever had for oil change.

I can’t say enough how absolutely amazing everyone was here. It was the smoothest process I’ve ever gone through. And the financial situation I was in was tough. But they made it happen for me!

Please see previous comment.I was very disappointed that moments after I left and discovered the current insurance card in the glove box (rep said she looked throughout the glove box) that they were unable to complete the inspection and put the sticker on the car. I feel they should have been more accommodating. The total time i waited for the inspection was about 2.5 hours, and then was told I needed to come back a second time.I've always had a good experience at Five Star, this particular appointment was not good though.Please see previous commentExcellent experience buying, but this experience with my service appointment was very disappointing
