If you offer this service they need to do a better job.We schedule an oil change and cabin filter at 11: 00 and they did not take the car until 11:30 and it took 1. 1/2 to complete. Got they car at 12/30. We had a doctor appointment. Schedule for 1:00 across town and was not sure we would make that appointment.I am sorry but an oil change and cabin filter change should not take 1 1/2 from the appointment time to when the car was done.Great serviceTo long to wait for an oil change and cabin air filter change. Took over 1 1/2. Should have been about one hour.

I TOTALED MY RALLIART… I knew Vinny and Brady were the guys to make the situation better. I called them and asked what outlander Sport was comparable to my Rally Girl… it was a quick response with Trail Edition!Vinny knew exactly what I wanted because he is the guy that sold me on Gap Insurance… HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!And Brady made me feel super special by pulling my car in on the showroom floor… he treated me like queen! Don’t worry Brady… I’ll be back… give me a couple years to wear this one!I miss my Rally Girl but I am super pleased with my Trail Ed!…why yes, I drive my diamonds! 💎I have purchased 3 Outlander Sports and I knew how I would be taken care of.

When picking my vehicle up they no longer go over what services were complete or that the multi point inspection was completed, what services were even recommended until I read the techs hand written note on the itemized list. When waiting at the dealership they do not enter the lobby to discuss recommended services, instead it’s only a text sent to my phone and I waited 20 minutes extra because of this before.The service technicians are not nearly as informative not friendly as before.The service tech did not offer to schedule a next appointment
