Hood was not completely shut; did not notice until I was driving.When turning my wheel completely to the right, car still sounds like the tire is rubbing.

We were not familiar with the newer addition to your facility which accommodates vehicles coming for service, enabling the customer to drive in to the "holding" area for service. Very nice accommodation for your customers. Thank you for making this improvement.

I asked if my gas tank had been filled and was told it had been. It wasn't filled.Service people were very friendly. Perhaps the people doing service and not the person checking me in just missed that they were to fill my tank. Supposedly the woman who checked me in noted it in the order. As long as they give me the fill up next time I service my vehicle, I'll give them the benefit that it was an honest mistake.I love my Outlander. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 was that I was told when I bought my vehicle, that if I did a survey, I would be given a tank of gas when I came in for my first service. I reminded the woman of this when I made the appointment and again when I checked in. I asked before I went to get my vehicle if my gas tank had been filled and was told it was, so I didn't look at my gauge. I got about 5 miles away and noticed my gage indicated it was down to less than 1/4. You still owe me a fill up. I hope to collect that on my next visit.
