Salesman listened to what we were looking for and delivered and set up a great payment plan. For a young salesman, he is very personable and a great asset to the company. Both he and the finance manager made the sale as easy and quick as possible for us without being "pushy" or overwhelming. They did a great job! We were happy with 0% financing and feel everyone at the Altoona dealership is customer service oriented and friendly. We have been pleased with the service in the past and are return customers. We are pleased with the warranty offered by Mitsubishi. The Altoona showroom is clean and welcoming and comfortable and the hours of operation worked well for us.Salesman Zach and finance manager Vinny were excellent and upbeat. We feel the cars are a great value

Woody explained the vehicle features and answered all our questions very well. He was very easy to talk with and made us feel comfortable. Vinny was super to work with. He was also very easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything, answering any questions we had.From the time we entered the building to the time we drove off the lot, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
